Newborns Mini Session Awesome Sauce
Babies are EXPENSIVE! I get that……I have one of my own.
I love being able ( and willing ) to offer Newborn mini sessions for those of you with a
little tighter budget.
I've thought a lot about it, and if it were me, I'd rather pay the same amount for 7 AMAZING images I can plaster
all over my walls then for
50 mediocre bad ones I'm too disappointed to share/print. You can find out more about mini sessions at my details tab above!

I LOVE kids!!! The only thing that makes me happier then a newborn is seeing and capturing them as they grow and capturing the family that love them!
I've had some adorable Big and Little kids around here lately and I wish I had time to blog all of their sessions but I don't ( I have my own kids to wrangle)
So here's a little peek at some of the beautiful faces I've seen lately.

Digital Photography for beginners
MOMS, this one is for you!!
Sure we can all push a button… and boom, a snap shot appears on our digital camera….but are you ready to actually start taking pictures?
Even some of the simplest inexpensive cameras have
manual modes. Just the word "manual" can be intimidating….and once upon a time I couldn't even go down the road
of ISO, Aperture and and Raw format without starting to nervously sweat…...
and white balance????…WHAT THA????
My users manual may has well been in Russian for all the sense it made to me and it was much easier to just shoot in auto.
For a long time I took auto mode snapshots….that looked the same….and meh…..and blah every.single.time.
CURSE YOU automatic flash that won't stop popping up!
For this reason…..
I've decided to offer a course to get you out of the "meh" zone
and into a comfortable happy place where you can start
documenting your every day moments right.
You may think….WHY would I spend money on something like this?
and to that I'd counter, WHY did you spend that much money

When Lincolns beautiful Mom contacted me….I have to admit I was nervous! This handsome baby was
already a month old!
Now I know what your thinking, a baby who is only four weeks old is still brand new ….. that is unless your newborn photographer.
Lincoln exceeded my expectations in every way. He was an absolute dream boat and I've
learned not to be nervous about any age!
Mia has a birthday!
How much fun I've had watching Mia grow. Her parents have faithfully documented her first year and
they'll never regret it! She's grown so much ! Proof below.

At three days new, Olivia was the freshest newborn I've ever worked with. Luckily she made her debut just in time to come over before I left on vacation. She and her big sister
were darling.
I've loved shooting her and her cousins newborn portraits! all such beautiful babies.

What can I say, this girl was downright beautiful and SO well behaved. It was really fun to incorporate some of her Dad's Polynesian culture into the session. I REALLY wish I could have kept the stuff he brought.

Mini Sessions are such a good idea for those know they only need a handful of images.

Kenna was seriously so tiny…she looked great in purple and was so good for her mini!

Oh my….this sweet little girl, her big sister and Mama were all beyond beautiful. It was one of those sessions
where I could have just kept taking pictures for hours….I didn't want them to leave!

This was my third year working with this beautiful family and they just get more and more fun!

This darling Family won my annual Christmas last year and once baby #3
made his debut, we had to get a family session scheduled!
The canyon was just beautiful this night and the weather couldn't have been better.

When I donated a mini session to the Schools silent auction, I was so worried no one would go for it!!
Luckily my cute new friend/neighbor snatched it up. I was so glad it was her and their crazy cute kids!
